drying fresh pappardelle
Standard Pasta Recipe:
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Semolina
pinch of salt
3 eggs
Place dry ingredients in food processor fitted with dough blade. Turn on, add eggs one at a time and mix till dough is formed. Dough will be slightly sticky. Wrap flat in plastic and refrigerate 2 hours before rolling out. Apply additional semolina as necessary while rolling.
