I am not a regular eater of Tuna Salad but when I do this is the recipe I reach for.  This has got to be the best/easiest Tuna Salad of all time!  The apples add a tender refreshing crunch & the sweet relish balances the richness of the tuna, egg & mayo.  Pictured on a Croissant with Shredded Lettuce & Tomato and just as good on white bread or a cracker.  I must give credit where credit is due and this tasty tuna treat is accredited to my hubby. 

Ingredients:

Tuna, 1 family pouch and 1 tinned in spring water
Apple, 1  peeled, cored & diced small - I like Honey Crisps or Fuji’s
Sweet Pickle Relish, about a 1/4 cup
Eggs, 2 hard boiled & small diced
Mayo - as much or as little as you want

Mix it all together and add Salt and Pepper to taste
