Valentines Day is pretty low key at my house. Aside from a disgusting amount of peanut butter hearts, here is what we ate for dinner.
Appetizer: Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Spicy Mayo & Green Onion
Main Course: Grilled Bone-in Rib-eye w/Burgundy Mushroom Burre Rouge, Steamed Broccoli w/stems caramelized in brown butter & Sweet Potato Fries
Mini Ice Cream Sundae: Vanilla Ice Cream, Toasted Marshmallow Fudge Sauce, Bananas, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Cashews w/a Cherry on top!
